4. Check-In and Security Policy

• • Guests must present a valid photo identity at the time of check-in.

• • Foreign nationals must produce their valid passport and visa.

• • Indian nationals can submit any government-approved ID.

• • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs | Check-out time: 11:00 hrs

• • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Child Policy

• • Children below 5 years of age can stay without additional charge by sharing the parents’ bed.

• • Children 5 years and above are chargeable at applicable rates.

6. Resort Policies

• • The Blackbuck National Park remains closed from 16th June to 15th October annually.

• • Loud music, noise, and car honking are strictly prohibited due to the proximity (500 meters) to the National Park.

• • We encourage guests to minimize or avoid plastic use for environmental conservation.

7. Cancellation Policy

• • 45 days prior: Full refund

• • 30 days prior: 50% cancellation charges

• • 15 days prior: 100% cancellation charges

• • Bookings during Diwali, Christmas, long weekends, or black-out dates are non-refundable.

8. Payment Policy

• • Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of full/partial payment as per the booking terms.

• • Velavan BlackBuck Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings without liability in case of incomplete payment.

9. Amendments to the Policy

We may update our policies from time to time to meet legal and operational requirements. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
